SOAK Quaker Whole Oats
(1/2 cup) with milk (1/2 cup) and
yoghurt (1 cup) in a mason jar. Add fruits, nuts and other toppings of your choice. Stir well.
As you SLEEP, cover the mason jar and refrigerate it overnight.
In morning, garnish it with desired toppings. Relish, EAT!
